My name is Kody, I am a photographer and videographer based in beautiful sunny Queensland, Australia. Growing up in tropical North Queensland gave me a huge love of nature and our Earth. I have been capturing these beautiful landscapes on my inherited film cameras since I was young. And as soon as I captured my first shots I was hooked. The soft and vintage feel was unlike anything else. And to take the time to create a perfect shot, was an intentional kind of meditation for me. And to this day, I love the beautiful aesthetic and nostalgic feel of a carefully captured film photo. 

Studio Vacanza was inspired by the beautiful vacation lifestyle, the pursuit of pleasure and happiness. Tropical locations and hot summer days on the beach and exploring exotic locations. What better encapsulates that Vacation lifestyle, than the Italian ‘La Dolce Vita’. 

Studio Vacanza was specifically inspired by my Italian heritage and love and appreciation for the Mediterranean lifestyle. Growing up, I was endlessly inspired by the charisma, effortless style and relaxed attitude of my Italian family. The rich history, breathtaking landscapes and aesthetic of the Mediterranean is what I aim to capture. 

I aspire to tell stories by capturing that sweet lifestyle, old world charm and luxury.
